What to Do
While you stay at Windy Hills, you’ll have access to unlimited sources for entertainment, adventure and relaxation. Windy Hills is located between both Cheyenne and Laramie- explore what these cities have to offer at either www.cheyenne.org or www.ci.laramie.wy.us– a great destination for shopping and antiquing.
If you prefer outdoor adventures, Windy Hills offers access to the Curt Gowdy State Park as well as Granite Lake, Crystal Lake, Vedauwoo, Medicine Bow National Forest, and the Snowy Range where you can find fishing, hiking, kayaking, boating, rock climbing, skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, golf, tennis, and exploration. Just let your hosts at Windy Hills know what interests you and they’ll make sure to help you achieve it!
Or sit back and relax on Windy Hill’s 70+ acres by the warm fire in the winter or outside in the garden in the summer. Take a walk around in the wildflowers and look for birds and wildlife. Check out the photos below of what we’ve spotted on the Windy Hills property.
